SB 617 Regulations

SB 617 (Chapter 496, Statutes of 2011) established additional regulatory impact assessment standards and content for state agencies promulgating regulations, including conducting standardized regulatory impact assessments. Finance is required to adopt regulations for state agencies to follow when performing standardized regulatory impact assessments for any major regulations–defined as a regulation resulting in an economic impact of $50 million or more.

Interested Parties Meeting

A meeting of interested parties will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2012 at the Department’s offices at 915 L Street, Sacramento, Ca.
