CALSTARS PROCEDURES MANUAL TRANSMITTAL #38, VOLUME 1
Major Changes:
-
TL 38-1 adds a new section titled CALSTARS Access to Chapter XIX, Internal Controls.
TL 38-1 also includes instructions in Chapter XXII on how to automate CalATERS Revolving Fund Entries for agencies that use another agency's Office Revolving Fund.
