CALSTARS PROCEDURES MANUAL TRANSMITTAL #29, VOLUME 2

The Appropriation Symbol Table, the Cost Allocation Table, and the Program Cost Account Table will soon be converted to online tables. The exact date will be announced on the CALSTARS news. This TL is issued primarily to introduce the new chapters for these agency tables.

The Index Code chapter is reissued for a correction on page 15 (length of FFY field) and for several minor changes (content and format).
