CALSTARS PROCEDURES MANUAL TRANSMITTAL #24, VOLUME 5
This TL includes two new year-end transaction codes, TC 507 - Defer Accounts Receivable (A/R) Due From Other Funds (GL 1400) and TC 509 - Defer A/R Due From Other Governments (GL 1500), to defer A/Rs established with GLs 1400 and 1500 for the A-9 and A-12 entries. TCs 503-506 are currently used to defer A/Rs established with GLs 1311, 1312, 1313, and 1314 for the A-9 and A-12 entries. For additional information on the A-9 and A-12 entries, refer to Volume 7, Chapter II, starting on page 23.
