CALSTARS PROCEDURES MANUAL TRANSMITTAL #23, VOLUME 4

TL 23-4 contains changes to Chapters 1-3. These changes include:

  • The Error Correction (C.3) screens Transaction ID date has been changed to have a 4-digit year (eg. 20091207 01 100 00001 0).
  • The Correction for FFY has been changed to 4-digits (eg. YYYY).
  • The Correction for Due Date and Document Date has been changed to the format of MMDDYYYY
  • The Correction for Batch Date has been changed to the format of YYYYMMDD.
  • The Error Correction screens have been revised for easier reading.
  • The CFB800-2, CFB800-3, CFB200-1, and CFB200-3 reports reflect the Error Correction screens.

    • In addition to these changes there have been minor format changes to all three chapters.

    Printing The Changed Pages:

    The changed pages are available in PDF format for viewing or printing. The corresponding front/back of each changed page is also included for duplex printing.
