CALSTARS PROCEDURES MANUAL TRANSMITTAL #22, VOLUME 3

This TL is issued to add content to Chapters II, and IV, and to replace Chapter V.

Major Changes:

Chapter V has been rewritten and expanded to include the following new sections:

  • Background
  • CALSTARS Tables for Loan Disbursements and Receipts
  • Monthly reconciliations, Reports and Year-End Reporting
