CALSTARS PROCEDURES MANUAL TRANSMITTAL #21,
VOLUME 4
TL 21-4 is being issued in conjunction with TL 31-2 for updates to the Labor Control, Employee Master, Timesheet, Adjusted Timesheet and Payroll Tables. Both TLs are being issued in advance of the program implementation to provide time for review of the CPM prior to the table changes. The exact date will be announced on the CALSTARS news and through the CALSTARS e-mail distribution list.
Although chapters IV D-E through IV Z-999 have many minor changes throughout the chapters, only the major additions, changes and deletions are listed in the sections below.
