CALSTARS PROCEDURES MANUAL TRANSMITTAL #21, VOLUME 3

This TL is issued to update Chapters II, III, and IV.  All three chapters have been rewritten.

Major Changes:

The following new General Ledger accounts have been added to the Statewide D31 Table and are now included in Chapter IV, Accounting For Interfund Loans:

2170 – Interfund Loans Receivable
2500 – Provision For Deferred Interfund Loans Payable
4050 – Interfund Loans Payable
5370 – Reserve For Interfund Loans Receivable
