CALSTARS PROCEDURES MANUAL TRANSMITTAL #10, VOLUME 7

This TL updates all chapters in Volume 7.

Major Changes:

µ                 Revised Work Plan (Chapter I);

µ                 Two new TCs have been established to record the A-1 adjusting entry for Cash On Hand (Chapter II);

µ                 The Reclassify Encumbrances Reported As Accounts Payable section has been moved from Chapter III to Chapter V; and,

µ                 The Edit Messages on the DB3 Report now display 'Warning' or 'Fatal' preceding each message (Chapter IV-B).
