CALSTARS PROCEDURES MANUAL TRANSMITTAL #22 VOLUME 6

Major Changes:

• Chapter II-A – updated Standard Reports Screen examples to include Reports D19, D20, D21.
• Chapter III-D – Added notes to D19, D20, and D21 regarding how totals may be affected by liquidated documents.
• Chapter III-G - The Pre-Closing Trial Balance Report (Report 7) and the Post-Closing Trial Balance Report (Report 8) of the CSTARG02 were modified to print an asterisk (*) to the right of the General Ledger Account Number (GLAN) when an abnormal balance is detected.
• Chapter III-G – The Statement of Changes in General Fixed Assets (Report 18) and Statement of General fixed Assets (Report 19) have been renamed The Statement of Changes in Capital Assets and Statement of Capital Assets, respectively.
