Pro Rata / Statewide Cost Allocation Plan (SWCAP) Overview: This course is a general overview of the statewide administrative cost allocation to departments through the Pro Rata and SWCAP process. The course includes information about the central service agencies and describes how costs are allocated to special, nongovernmental, and federal funds. |
