CALSTARS PROCEDURES MANUAL TRANSMITTAL #35, VOLUME 2
TL 35-2 contains the following major changes:
Chapter III
- Added External Transactions Processing section.
- Updated and added information to CALSTARS Security Section
Chapter VI-1
- Added content to Undistributed Payroll Account Section.
Chapter VI-2
- Update the functions served by the LC Table.
- Exhibit VI-2-1 added Payroll Record Section to table.
- Exhibit VI-2-2 added Payroll Record Indicator on LC Table Entry Form.
Chapter VI-5
- Added H=Add PT Rec to Adjustment Timesheet Entry Screen.
- New section added Add Payroll Adjustment Table Record (H=Add PT Rec)
- Added H=Add PT Rec to Adjustment Timesheet List Screen.
- Added H=Add PT Rec instructions to Table Maintenance Function section.
Chapter VI-6
- Exhibit VI-6-4, VI-6-6, VI-6-7: content added.
- Content added to explain use of TCs to manually clear Supplemental/Undistributed Payroll Accounts and redistribute payroll costs.
- Exhibit VI-6-25: content added and updated.
Minor changes to Volume 2 are included in the table below.
