This TL communicates updates to the CALSTARS Procedures Manual, and provides changed pages in the PDF file format.
Major Changes
- IV—AS, IV—CA, IV—FFY, IV—IC, IV—PCA, VI—3 — Update to G=Generate FFY: If Year 1 records are deleted from Year 2 and the Generate Function is run a second time, deleted Year 1 records will be added back to Year 2.
- IV—CA: Added Special Report Options: Sequence Order, Distribution Type Order, and PCA Type Order to CA Table Listing Report.
- IV— FFY: Added information to G=Generate FFY Function about tables that must have other tables in place before they can be generated. Added an example of the Action Confirmation screen.
- VI— 5: Changed the purge date of the Payroll Store (PS) file from March 31 to the last processing day in October.
