This TL communicates updates to the CALSTARS Procedures Manual, and provides changed pages in the PDF file format.

Major Changes

• Chapter XI —Deleted Remittance Advice Messages/D54 Descriptor Table section and added Remittance Advices Messages section to reflect new Remitance Message (RM) Table.
