Calstars Procedures Manual

This TL communicates updates to the CALSTARS Procedures Manual, and provides changed pages in the PDF file format.

Major Changes

• Chapter II – Changed system processing start time on the last working day of the month from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Chapter II – Changed file closing time on the last working day of the month from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Chapter III – Effective April 1, 2011 the DGS Master Rental Agreement (MRA) for the lease/maintenance of mainframe computer terminals, peripheral equipment, and local printers has been terminated. Updated CALSTARS Hardware/Software Support section to reflect this change.
• Chapter IV-D and Chapter IV-DA – Removed references to Table D54.
• Chapter IV-OC – Updated description of Run Type A – Accural/adjustment Fiscal Month 13 allocation.
