CALSTARS (California State Accounting & Reporting System)

Training

CALSTARS system training is offered at no cost. Classes consist of: Initial training for agencies newly implementing CALSTARS; On-going training for new or newly promoted employees in existing departments; and Year-end training for all agencies. Monarch software training is offered at cost.
